Our mission is to empower students by providing essential life skills and career training, while fostering connections through cultural learning programs and travel experiences. We aspire to help in the transition from teens to adults by developing their outlook on life through amazing, life-changing experiences and fun, action-packed adventures, both domestically and abroad. 

Guided by our core values—Learning, Equity, Growth, Advocacy, and Community (LEGAC)—we uphold the principle that Access + Opportunity = Equality. 

Through our Life Skills Training Academy, we envision a future where everyone has equal access to opportunities that provide a pathway for skill development, in an inclusive and empowering space where they can thrive and reach their full potential.
